Electric lab muffle furnace application:
SUPER large-scale intelligent lab muffle furnace temperature
control system is integrated with the furnace body, compact

terms of operation; the furnace adopts new ceramic fiber materials,
fast heating, good heat preservation, light weight and energy

microprocessor as the control center, PID control algorithm and
adaptive control technology can only control the preheating
temperature. The LCD screen displays data and progress in English.
Touch keyboard input, with automatic program and self-selected
program, users can set 30 segments control processes according to
their needs. The furnace body is made of high-quality carbon steel
and stainless steel, the surface is electrostatic sprayed and the
double-layer furnace body structure is more energy-saving than the
traditional lab muffle furnace.
All indicators of this lab muffle furnace have reached the
international advanced level. It can perform special heating
programs such as fast ashing, slow ashing, volatile content, Roga
index, and adhesion index, with superior performance.

Packing and shipping of electric muffle furnace :
Lab muffle furnaces are covered with polyfoam/sponge before put
them into the plywood carton,which not only has good shock
absorption, impact resistance and nontoxic, odorless, moisture
corrosion etc.
Shipment by sea, by air or by express as per customer's
requirement.
