Introduction of tube resistance furnace:
quartz tube furnace is a precision bench-top furnace using
resistance wire as heating elements. It is widely used for
materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases
condition.It is controlled by high precision SCR ( Silicon
Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1C and 30
segments programmable up to 1200C.
1200C laboratory heating vacuum tube furnace use high pure alumina
or quartz tube as furnace chamber with excellent heat-insulation
effect and symmertrical temperature uniform. Working temperature
from 800℃ to1200℃ is available.Precise and advanced auto
temperature controller with temperature accuracy+/-1C.
