1. Applications of gold bar producing furnace :
Gold Melting Machine are made for casting, reclaiming, alloying,
and refining gold, silver and other metals with similar or lesser
melting temperatures. Equipped with electronic temperature controls
with digital displays, these melters can reach a maximum
temperature of 2102F (1150 C). The digital temperature control will
prevent overshoot and protect the heating element from overheating.
Tongs are provided to easily remove crucible.

with melting temp up to 1900, high temp proof ceramic melting
Chamber, high aluminium protection.

Thanks to the use of a heat-resistant and efficient insulation, the
radially arranged heating element can give full effect and a
homogeneous temperature distribution results in the melting
crucible. The high performance and the good insulation ensure a
rapid reaching of the desired melting temperature.
In addition to housing insulation, a thermally insulated grid
protects against accidental contact with the heating chamber. This
is an important safety feature when dealing with the melting
furnaces. To match the melting crucible, we supply a melting tongs
that fit into the groove around the crucible head. This allows you
to work safely with the hot melt crucible.

fill with foam to protect furnace .

5. Delivery time
♥ For some normal standard size furnaces and components, we have in
stock; So we can send out in 2-3 days;
♥ Other customized sizes the delivery time is from 7 days to 15
days according to different products request.
6. SUPER Machinery Warranty :

(3) heating elements: for pure gold and silver warranty for 3
months ;if for corrosive material ,no warranty.

NOTE:
1. The melting furnaces are expressly only suitable for the
processing of precious metals such as gold, silver and copper. Any
other use of these melting furnaces can lead to damage!
2. To make the machine more durable, it is recommended that the
machine should not work for more than 3 hours, such as work for
more than 3 hours, please stop about 1 hour and then continue to
work.
3. Please pay attention to check the crucible at any time, and at
any time to replace, to avoid the rupture of the crucible and
damage the furnace situation.
